Preheat oven to 180 degrees (gas mark 4).
Place the meat, roast potatoes, carrots & parsnips & side orders on a baking tray to heat through for roughly 15 minutes.
Alternatively beef can be ‘flashed’ through the oven or grill to your liking or simply pour hot gravy over the beef to retain its pinkness.
Lamb & potatoes fried in a hot pan or grill until crispy. Lamb Vegetables can be brought back up to heat in a lidded sauce pan or in the microwave until hot.
Green can be microwaved for 2 minutes or heated in a pan on the hob with a knob of butter.
Gravy can be warmed through on the hob or in the microwave.
Yorkshire puddings need just one minute in the oven to crisp up.
Desserts warmed in microwave or oven for +/- 2 minutes
